Request for Project Development Assistance
PDI Process associates are requested by a potential Project Client to assist in the development of one or more project initiatives within the scope of PDI Process services. The Project Client or its duly appointed representative CSTIO submits requisite documentation to PDI Process associates to determine the particulars of the need for service and the qualifications of the Project Client for donor funding.
Definitional Mission
Upon determination of congruence with PDI Process guidelines, PDI Process associates, technical consultants, and project management personnel as appropriate, travel at the invitation of the host country Project Client, and with the Project Client’s sponsorship, to the proposed project implementation site to clearly identify the parameters, the context, and the specific characteristics of the problem to be addressed.
Here are listed specific projects currently being processed by CSTIO in Czech and Slovak republics.
Geothermal Power plant, Green Projects, Ski and tourist Resorts, Recycling water systems, Industrial zones development, Water Power plats, Winds Power plants, Sun Power plants, Developnment of reseach facilities, Residential development, Senior housing development, Redevelopment of existing housing structures, Development of resort hotels, redevelopment of existing structures, storages, project technical documentation, hotel technology, equipment, gym, client resort and recreation services and facilities.Redevelopment of existing pools, other resort systems, landscaping, Purchase of additional land needed, development, Development of gasoline/energy filling stations with all clients services and restaurant, hotel, recreation facilities.
1. Definitional Mision ( 1 DM ) just finished
1. Definitional Mision, the second step in PDI funding process, just succesfuly finished . We have come come back from working the 1 DM to Czech and Slovak Republics from 10-18-08 to 10-26-08. The 1 DM was at invitation of the host countries and specific business projects in Czech republic and Slovakia. We have met all specific cliets with projects presentations at work with PDI system. PDI process associates, technical consultans, and projects management have ratet all projects very possitively for a future implementation. We have met various statutory representatives, city officials and also Czech Parliament Chamber of Deputies, specifically Miroslav Wolf, Secretary for Regional Development. Support for all projests was tremendous from all official representatives. We were asked on every occasion by city officials to expand all projects for additional city projects, which we will gladly accept and expand all projects. We had a lot of request for Green Energy projects support, US technology and funding, as EU guide lines for increass of Green Energy in every country are very clear to all.
